    A. You can choose the name of city or town where the hotel is located .
    If you still can not find your destination's name then you can use the " other transfer " tab on our booking form .
  • Q. I have not received a confirmation email yet , what should i do ?
    A. Confirmation emails take up to 12 hours to be delivered.

    A. Yes you can . You can either pay cash to the driver when you arrive to your destination or pay with PayPal .
  • Q. Your discount apply's for both way transfer ?
    A. No . The discount will apply only for your return transfer .
  • Q. Can i cancel my transfer ?
    A. Yes , in accordance with our terms and conditions .
  • Q. How many luggage can i carry ?
    A. A four (4) seater car can take 4 bags or small suitcases . Mini van double amount.
  • Q. Can i take my pet with me ?
    A. Yes you can as long as you use a box .
  • Q. My flight arrives earlier than expected , should i call the driver when i arrive ?
    A. No . All flights are checked frequently by our drivers so they are always on time .
  • Q. My flight is delayed , will i be extra charged?
    A. No there are no extra charges for flight delayes.
  • Q. Where and how will i meet my driver when i arrive?
    A. Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with the name you have provide us.
  • Q. My flight leaves at 10.00 . What time should i arrange my pick up for my return ?
    A. Depends from where we are picking you up . You need to be at the airport at least 2 hours earlier for your check in.
